Armani Meets Reebok

Giorgio Armani and Reebok announced last week they’ve teamed up to create special collections for EA7, the Italian fashion line’s activewear, combining Armani’s sexy style with Reebok’s sport and technology, resulting.

The first collections were presented at Milan Fashion Week this month. Distribution will be limited to Emporio Armani boutiques, select Reebok concept stores and preferred retailers worldwide beginning this July.

“Today sportswear and activewear have become really important parts of our wardrobes. I wanted to offer my customers the possibility of wearing sports clothes that were stylish and comfortable. My new alliance with Reebok is a natural consequence of this philosophy. As with all my collaborations, I am delighted to be working with experts in their field,” said Giorgio Armani in a press release.

For all you sneaker enthusiasts out there, check out these latest kicks designed by fashion aficionado Roland Berry. These vibrant Reebok Roland Berry Straptastik X’s feature teddy bears and clouds patterns spelling “dream.” The tri-color rainbow straps are complimented by blue suede on the toes as well as red suede along the ankle.

Personally, I can’t pull these off, but much props to the sneaker-head who can. The mid Reebok Straptastic is available at several online sneaker retailers.
